Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an engaging Computer Science curriculum for classes VI-XII, aligning with the CBSE guidelines.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide support for their professional growth.
- Analyze student performance and suggest improvements to the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Collaborate with the Vice Principal to develop and implement policies for the Computer Science department.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents about student progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and experts for guest lectures and training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Participate in school events, competitions, and workshops to promote Computer Science education.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Computer Science and technology.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed degree with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Computer Science and a passion for teaching.
