Role Summary
As a senior faculty member at P.d International School, P.d International School is seeking an experienced TGT Physics Teacher to assume a leadership role in the Physics department. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement Physics curriculum aligned with CBSE guidelines at P.d International School
- Mentor junior Physics teachers, providing guidance and support to enhance teaching skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve board results in Physics
- Conduct regular assessments to measure student progress in Physics
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance in Physics
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students in Physics
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in Physics teaching and learning
- Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement school-wide initiatives in Physics
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Physics teaching
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physics (B.Sc) with a Post-Graduation degree in Education (B.Ed or D.El.Ed). Preference will be given to candidates with a valid TET or CTET certification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school is essential. Experience in a leadership role or as a Head of Department is highly desirable.
