Collaborate with teachers to integrate career guidance into regular classroom activities.
Guide parents during PTMs and special meetings on academic planning and career readiness.
Develop resource materials such as brochures, videos, and digital content on career trends.
Prepare reports for school leadership on career counselling initiatives and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in career counselling, student mentoring, or related administrative roles.
Knowledge of Indian education systems and entrance exams like JEE, NEET, CLAT is beneficial.
Familiarity with digital tools for counselling and data management is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to work with staff and external agencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Organizational skills to manage multiple student interactions and events simultaneously.
