- Develop and implement assessment and evaluation methods to measure student learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop curriculum frameworks
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance
- Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Supervise students during class and extracurricular activities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- TET or CTET certification is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
