Required Qualifications

* A postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc) with a strong academic record
* A B.Ed degree or its equivalent, with at least 5 years of teaching experience
* TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
* Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
