- Monitor student participation, track performance records and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct risk assessments and oversee first‑aid readiness.
- Lead coaching clinics and workshops for students and junior staff.
- Liaise with parents and community partners to encourage support for school sports programmes.
- Manage budgeting for the sports department and submit expenditure summaries.
Qualification
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET considered an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school sports administration or related field.
Good to Have
- Certifications in sports coaching or fitness management.
- Experience organising large‑scale sports events.
Skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, staff and parents.
- Good knowledge of various sports, safety protocols and equipment handling.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of different age groups.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and budgeting.
Salary and location
The role offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.16,000 – Rs.30,000. The posting is based in Sikohabad, Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.
