Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or a related role within an educational institution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets, with a minimum of 80% of annual targets achieved.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi) is a strong asset.
