Rao Kasal Public School began its journey in 1998 when a group of local families and teachers came together under the Rao Kasal Academy Prabandh Samiti to give the children of Kasna and the surrounding villages a place where learning could be pursued in English without losing touch with our roots. Over the years the school has become a familiar sight on the road from Dadri to Greater Noida, its red‑brick buildings and well‑tended grounds standing as a quiet reminder of the community’s belief in education. Though we are only a little over two decades old, the sense that we belong here is strong; generations of alumni still return for reunions and to help with school events, and many of our teachers have been with us since the early days.
Our values are simple and honest: respect for each other, a love for inquiry, and a commitment to serve the neighbourhood that raised us. We try to model that respect in everything we do, from the way we greet parents at the gate to the way we encourage students to listen to different points of view in the classroom. The school works closely with local NGOs and the panchayat to organize health camps, environmental drives and cultural festivals, so that learning does not stay confined to four walls. When a child steps onto the campus, they feel the warmth of a place that cares about their family and their future alike.
In the classroom we follow a student‑centered approach that balances the rigor of the CBSE syllabus with opportunities for hands‑on discovery. Small groups, a teacher‑to‑student ratio of about fifteen to one, and well‑stocked labs mean that a question can be explored right then and there, whether it is in a chemistry experiment, a computer coding session or a music rehearsal. Outside the classroom, the library invites quiet reading, the sports fields host spirited games, and the music rooms echo with practice that builds confidence. By the time they leave for Class 12, our students have not only mastered the subjects they need for board exams but also learned how to work together, think critically and carry the pride of their community into whatever path they choose.
