Day-to-Day Duties

3. Monitor daily ERP performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors for timely resolutions.
4. Generate and validate management reports on student data, fee collections and resource utilization.
5. Ensure data privacy and security by enforcing access controls and backup protocols.
6. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to streamline processes using ERP dashboards.
7. Conduct periodic audits of database records for accuracy and completeness.
8. Recommend system upgrades based on evolving school needs and technological advancements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or related field. A minimum of two years’ experience in ERP administration within an educational or similar institutional setting is required. Familiarity with State Board of Uttar Pradesh processes and prior work in Gautam Buddha Nagar or nearby districts is preferred.
