4. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to promote physical education and healthy lifestyles among students.
5. Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that encourages students to participate in gymnastics activities.
6. Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and achievement in gymnastics.
7. Provide guidance and support to students who are struggling with gymnastics skills or techniques.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in gymnastics coaching and instruction.
9. Participate in school events and activities that promote physical education and healthy lifestyles among students.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
* Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
* 3 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field
* Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and injury prevention
Good to Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
* Certification in gymnastics coaching or a related field
* Experience working with children and young adults
Preferred Skills
1. Strong leadership and organizational skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
