Monitor student performance trends in Gautam Buddha Nagar and neighboring regions, analyzing weak areas in algebra, calculus, and coordinate geometry to refine teaching methodologies. Represent Pw Vidyapeeth at local academic forums, parent-teacher interactions, and competitive exam preparation workshops to strengthen the school’s reputation in Uttar Pradesh. Oversee the creation and review of in-house study materials, question banks, and digital resources tailored for IIT aspirants.
Ensure consistent improvement in board exam scores and JEE Main/JEE Advanced conversion rates by implementing structured revision plans and performance tracking systems. Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 5 years of full-time teaching experience in Mathematics, preferably in IIT-JEE coaching environments. Valid B.Ed or M.Ed degree from a recognized Indian institution, with NET or SET qualification strongly preferred. Experience in designing and delivering advanced Mathematics curricula for competitive exams is essential.
