About This Role
As a NEET Biology Teacher at Pw Vidyapeeth, you will play a key role in helping our students achieve academic success in Biology. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to students.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver lesson plans for NEET Biology, including concept-based and MCQ-focused instruction.
- Teach Biology to students preparing for NEET, using a variety of teaching methodologies.
- Assess student progress and provide individualized feedback and support.
- Develop and implement test series and analysis to help students improve their performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Engage with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Participate in staff development and training programs to improve teaching skills.
- Use digital resources and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field, such as M.Sc. or M.A. in Biology. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Biology, preferably in a school or coaching institute setting. A strong background in NEET preparation and experience in coaching students for medical entrance exams is highly desirable.
