NTT English Teacher – Prominence World School, Greater Noida
Role Introduction
Prominence World School in Sadar, Gautam Buddha Nagar is looking for a full‑time NTT English Teacher. The candidate will handle English classes for primary and middle sections, fostering reading, writing and communication skills in a vibrant school environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons as per the prescribed curriculum, ensuring clarity of concepts and active student participation.
- Assess student understanding through quick formative checks and provide immediate feedback.
- Manage classroom discipline and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate attendance and update daily teaching logs.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching aids and worksheets aligned with board standards on a weekly basis.
- Conduct weekly spelling, grammar and oral language activities to reinforce language fundamentals.
- Organize and supervise periodic class presentations, debates and reading sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers during weekly department meetings to integrate cross‑subject projects.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Design and administer termly assessments, marking answer sheets and recording results in the school’s academic system.
- Participate in term‑end parent‑teacher meetings, presenting student progress and addressing concerns.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual English curriculum reviews and suggest improvements based on student performance data.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in English.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred; TET/CTET qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong command of English language, both spoken and written, with the ability to engage learners of varied abilities.
Salary and Location
- Salary: Rs.17,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Location: Sadar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, within the campus of Prominence World School, Greater Noida.
