Role Summary

What You Will Do
1. Teach Accountancy to senior secondary students, including preparation for board exams.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Accountancy classes.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Prepare students for board exams by conducting mock tests and reviews.
5. Maintain a well-organized and student-friendly classroom environment.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs.
7. Provide guidance and support to students in achieving their academic goals.
8. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
9. Participate in school activities and events as required.
Eligibility
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce or related field
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree in Education
- Experience in teaching Accountancy for at least 3 years
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
- Familiarity with ICSE/CBSE curriculum
Good to Have:
- NET/SET in Commerce or related field
- Experience in teaching in a senior secondary school
- Familiarity with school management software and digital tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
