About This Role
We require an experienced and qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Business Studies to teach students from class 11th to 12th. The successful candidate will have expertise in teaching Business Studies as a subject and be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum. They will also be responsible for preparing students for board exams and mentoring junior teachers.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Business Studies to students from class 11th to 12th as per the CBSE curriculum.
2. Prepare students for board exams in Business Studies.
3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress.
4. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning.
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior teachers in the Business Studies department.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement departmental activities.
7. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a post-graduate degree (M.A., M.Sc.) in Business Studies or a related field. A B.Ed or M.Ed degree is preferred. They must also have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the senior secondary level. Candidates with expertise in business education and training, and experience in mentoring junior teachers, will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.50,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, depending on their qualifications and experience. They will also be entitled to benefits such as medical insurance, leave travel allowance, and gratuity.
