PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
school_heading
Vishwa Bharti Public School sits on the edge of Gautam Buddha Nagar, where the morning bus corridor hums with teachers from across Delhi-NCR. Inside, the corridors smell of fresh chalk and the staff room buzzes in Hindi and English between classes. Teams move quickly—science, math, and art teachers share a planning table every Friday, swapping worksheets and new math games for the next week.
Role Summary
We need a PRT Mathematics Teacher to anchor the foundational math strand for Grades 1 to 5 at Vishwa Bharti Public School. The role owns daily 45-minute math blocks, designs playful yet rigorous activities, and keeps the spirit of “Math is everywhere” alive in every corridor. Two years of primary classroom experience and a post-graduate degree are essential; TET/CTET is optional.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly math themes aligned to NCERT and CBSE early-stage outcomes for Grades 1-5.
Create low-cost teaching aids—number lines, fraction pies, and measurement kits from cardboard and beads.
Conduct morning circle math puzzles and end-of-day reflection journals in Hindi/English.
Run station rotations: counting corners, shape hunts in the playground, and quick mental-math races.
Grade weekly worksheets and share colorful feedback stickers with every child.
Collaborate with the art teacher to turn tessellations into murals on corridor walls.
Attend Friday math-planning huddles and upload weekly reflections on the school’s local server.
Communicate progress to parents through bi-weekly WhatsApp groups and parent-teacher meet smiles.
Who Can Apply
Post-graduate in Mathematics, M.A. Mathematics, M.Sc Mathematics or equivalent.
Minimum two years full-time teaching in primary classes (Grade 1-5).
Comfortable teaching bilingually—stories, songs, and explanations in Hindi and English.
Experience with activity-based learning and classroom discipline in Gautam Buddha Nagar schools preferred.
School Environment
The campus is a quiet green pocket between Noida and Greater Noida, ten minutes from the metro. Classrooms have large windows and movable furniture; math corners stocked with dice, counters, and flashcards sit next to each door. Assemblies often feature math riddles and quick-fire tables; festivals like Diwali become geometry projects with rangoli patterns.
Perks and Pay
Monthly gross salary: Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000, disbursed by the 5th of every month.
In-house bus pickup from key points in Greater Noida and Noida sectors.
Staff meals at subsidised rates in the on-campus canteen.
Summer math-workshop stipend once a year.
Access to local math-resource library and annual CBSE resource subscription.
