- Supervise and mentor junior counsellors and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services at Amity International School.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counselling and adhere to the latest research and standards in the field of education and mental health.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and external agencies, such as mental health organizations and government institutions.
