Step By Step School

Step By Step School sits on a sprawling 10‑acre plot in Sector 132, Noida, just off the Taj Expressway. The campus is built with sustainable architecture and spreads over more than 40,000 square metres, offering a mix of modern classrooms, well‑equipped labs and a library that feels more like a quiet retreat than a typical school room. The 523‑seat Rang Raas Suri Auditorium hosts everything from school productions to guest lectures, while a half‑Olympic swimming pool and extensive sports fields give teachers and students alike space to unwind and stay active. On‑site kitchen staff serve fresh meals daily, and a fleet of buses ensures that families from across Gautam Buddha Nagar can reach the school without hassle.

The student body is a blend of local families from Sadar and surrounding towns and children whose parents work in the nearby industrial and IT corridors. Because the school follows both the CBSE board and international programmes such as Cambridge IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma, classrooms are a meeting point for varied learning styles and aspirations. The mandatory Sahyog Programme weaves community service into the curriculum, so students regularly engage with local NGOs and senior‑citizen groups, giving teachers a chance to observe real‑world learning in action. Arts, dance, music, robotics and a range of sports are woven into the timetable, and regular exchanges with schools in other countries add a global perspective that keeps the atmosphere lively and forward‑looking.

Academically the school maintains a low teacher‑to‑student ratio, especially in the resource rooms that support learners with special education needs. Eleven science and computing labs, alongside well‑stocked libraries, provide the tools for inquiry‑based lessons, while the flexibility of offering CBSE, IGCSE and IBDP means educators can design curricula that meet both national standards and international benchmarks. The administration encourages collaborative planning and offers professional development tied to the Round Square network, ensuring that teachers stay connected to global educational trends.
