Role Summary

- Manage the maintenance and upgrading of the school's skating facilities.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans for skating activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the overall impact of the skating program on student development and school reputation.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and colleagues to promote the school's skating program.
- Develop and manage budgets for skating program expenses.
- Stay updated on best practices in skating coaching and education and apply this knowledge to improve the school's skating program.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of five years of experience in coaching and leading a skating program, preferably at a school or sports organization. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory. Experience in sports administration and leadership development is highly valued.
