Skating Coach Job in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Skating Coach to join the team at Vishwa Bharti Public School in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Role Summary
As a Skating Coach, you will play a vital role in developing the skating skills of students at Vishwa Bharti Public School. Your expertise will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for students to learn and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing skating programs, conducting coaching sessions, and ensuring the well-being of students during practice and competition.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver skating coaching sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels
- Develop and implement skating programs that cater to the needs and abilities of students
- Conduct practice sessions, tournaments, and competitions as per the school calendar
- Maintain a safe and organized skating facility, ensuring the well-being of students during practice and competition
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote interschool competitions and events
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student participation and engagement in skating activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievements
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff regarding student progress and skating activities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote skating as a sport in the school community
Eligibility
- Post-graduate degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching or teaching skating to students of different age groups
- Possession of a valid first-aid certification
- Good understanding of school policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong leadership and management skills to coordinate and manage skating activities and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve school goals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address student needs and challenges
