Role Summary
The Special Educator Position in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh supports inclusive learning at Nehru International Public School Noida Sector 11,noida. Day-to-Day Duties
Develop and review Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Coordinate with external specialists to align therapy goals with classroom activities.
Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies every two weeks.
Organise monthly parent workshops on learning strategies at home.
Maintain accurate records of student evaluations and interventions.
Liaise with class coordinators to integrate support plans into daily routines.
Prepare quarterly reports for school leadership on programme outcomes.
Attend weekly team meetings to share observations and recommendations.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduation degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognised institution.
Minimum three years of experience in special education or allied fields.
Familiarity with child development milestones and learning disabilities.
Good to Have
Experience working in inclusive school settings.
Basic understanding of assistive technologies for learning support.
Awareness of RTE Act provisions related to inclusive education.
