Tgt Headmistress Job in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh | School Vacancy
Delhi Public School invites an experienced education leader to steer its Sadar campus towards academic excellence and holistic development. The role offers a unique platform to shape policy, nurture staff, and engage with the local community in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee day‑to‑day administration of the school, ensuring smooth operation of classes, examinations, and co‑curricular activities.
2. Lead curriculum implementation, monitoring standards and aligning them with DPS guidelines and state regulations.
3. Manage staff recruitment, performance appraisal, professional development and retention for both teaching and non‑teaching personnel.
4. Coordinate with the Board of Governors and senior management on budgeting, resource allocation and infrastructure upgrades.
5. Foster a safe, inclusive environment by enforcing discipline policies, health & safety norms, and child protection measures.
6. Represent the school in community outreach, parent‑teacher meetings, and local educational forums.
7. Analyse academic results and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Supervise admissions, fee collection, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Qualification
The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree such as M.A., M.Sc., or equivalent, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in school administration, preferably within a reputed institution like Delhi Public School, is essential. Holding a valid TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory for this leadership position.
Salary
The remuneration for this Tgt Headmistress position is Rs.50,000 - Rs.80,000 per month.
