Seeking a dedicated TGT English Teacher for Radiant Academy in Gautam Buddha Nagar
Radiant Academy in Noida is looking for an experienced TGT English Teacher to join its team in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar. This role involves teaching English to high school students with a focus on language proficiency, literature, and communication skills. The successful candidate will contribute to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment while aligning with the school’s academic standards.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging English language classes, ensuring interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning levels.
Prepare and deliver lesson plans based on syllabus requirements, incorporating modern teaching methods and student engagement techniques.
Assist students in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through practical exercises and real-world applications.
Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language abilities.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and implement unit-wise assessments to evaluate students’ understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Collaborate with other teachers to design cross-curricular projects that integrate English with other subjects for a holistic learning experience.
Participate in school events, competitions, and cultural activities to promote English language awareness among students.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress to support academic tracking and reporting.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding their English learning.
Organize workshops or guest lectures for students to enhance their exposure to global English communication standards.
Review and update teaching resources, textbooks, and digital materials to ensure alignment with evolving educational trends.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a post-graduate qualification in English or a related field.
Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate, though not mandatory for this role.
Prove at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in high school or equivalent educational settings.
Demonstrate strong command of the English language, including fluency in both written and spoken forms.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
The position is based in Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, with the option to report to Radiant Academy in Noida for administrative meetings and coordination.
