Plan and monitor physical education periods for four sections daily with proper equipment setup.
Maintain sports equipment inventory and report shortages to the sports coordinator.
Assist students in selecting sports electives for secondary grades based on interest and ability.
Prepare students for CBSE sports competitions and internal house matches.
Collaborate with the school doctor to screen students for fitness levels before sports day.
Document student progress in fitness parameters and share reports with parents during PTMs.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized Indian university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with Physical Education specialization.
Three years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in organizing mass drills, circuit training, and modified games for mixed-ability classes.
Experience with sports software for attendance and performance tracking is an advantage.
Ability to communicate in Hindi and English to interact with students and parents effectively.
