- Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and implement innovative teaching methods.

- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Physics curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
