Drive board examination results with targeted test preparation, periodic assessments, and performance analysis.

Organize Science exhibitions, quiz competitions, and project-based assignments to foster curiosity and participation. Collaborate with subject heads across departments to integrate cross-curricular themes and STEM initiatives.
Monitor student progress through term-wise assessments, identify learning gaps, and implement corrective teaching strategies. Support the Principal in academic planning, teacher training needs, and Science resource development. Represent the department in parent-teacher meetings and local academic forums to build community trust.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Science (M.Sc) from a recognized university with B.Ed. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in TGT Science. Preference given to candidates with NET or SET in Science Education. Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and assessment patterns is essential.
