Your Students

What You Will Do
- Design and deliver differentiated instruction to cater to the needs of students with varying learning levels and abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding among students.
- Develop and implement Science lesson plans that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the curriculum.
- Use a range of teaching methods, including practical activities, group work, and one-on-one instruction, to cater to different learning styles.
- Provide support and accommodations for students with special needs, as per the school's policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Science curricula that are relevant and engaging for students.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in Science education and incorporate new ideas and approaches into your teaching practice.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in the learning process.
- Participate in school activities and events that promote Science education and awareness, such as Science fairs and exhibitions.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Science or a related field, with a strong academic record. You must also have a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, and be registered with the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). At least 2 years of teaching experience is required, preferably in a school setting.
