- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.

- Develop and lead extracurricular activities, such as debates, group discussions, and project-based learning.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with parents through regular meetings and progress reports, ensuring they are informed about their child's academic journey.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives, such as teacher training and curriculum development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, organizations, and businesses, to provide students with real-world learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Social Science (M.A. or M.Sc.).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is essential.
- Teaching experience of at least 3 years in a reputable school.
- Strong knowledge of Social Science curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
