About This Role
The VICE PRINCIPAL plays a pivotal role in supporting the principal at Kidzee School in Sadar, Gautam Buddha Nagar. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of school discipline and academic excellence. The VICE PRINCIPAL also acts as a bridge between the principal and the staff, parents, and students.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure compliance with school policies.
Coordinate with coordinators to align curriculum delivery and assessment methods.
Manage staff attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions when required.
Conduct regular classroom observations to maintain teaching quality.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and address concerns promptly.
Implement school policies and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Handle student grievances and escalate critical issues to the principal.
Support the principal in strategic planning and school development initiatives.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration or leadership roles.
Good to Have
Prior experience in a reputed preschool or school environment.
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE or similar board operations.
Basic knowledge of child psychology and early childhood education.
