- Develop and implement library programs, workshops, and activities to engage students and promote literacy
- Supervise library staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular library audits, reviews, and evaluations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum-integrated library programs
- Manage library budgets, procurement, and inventory
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics on library usage and resources
- Provide technical support for library software, hardware, and digital resources
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for library operations
Eligibility Criteria
- A post-graduate degree in Library Science or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a school library setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in library software, hardware, and digital resources
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
