Mentoring students individually and in groups, as well as preparing students for competitive exams, will be part of your role.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, having it will be an added advantage. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, adapt teaching methods for diverse learners, and contribute to a vibrant academic culture will be highly valued.
