Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Dance lessons that promote creativity and self-expression among students
- Use differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Support students with special needs through tailored Dance activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate Dance with other subjects
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their Dance skills
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive Dance learning environment
- Use technology to enhance Dance teaching and learning experiences
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in Dance education
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- TET or CTET preferred but not mandatory
- A graduate degree in Dance or a related field
- Experience in teaching Dance to students of varying age groups and skill levels
- Strong knowledge of Dance pedagogy and curriculum design
