Monitor student progress daily to identify strengths and areas needing improvement. Collaborate with classmates to ensure cohesive lesson delivery and student engagement.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update the mathematics curriculum to align with Cambridge School | Indirapuram’s academic standards. Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and unit tests. Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate findings with parents through periodic updates. Participate in school-wide mathematics workshops to share innovative teaching strategies.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend termly faculty meetings to discuss mathematics pedagogy and curriculum adjustments. Organize and lead mathematics enrichment programs or competitions for students. Ensure compliance with school policies on student safety, discipline, and academic integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Mathematics or a related field. Possess at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, a valid teaching license is preferred.
