What You Will Do
Plan and deliver 18 weekly lectures aligned to the NCERT syllabus, mapping each concept to NEET-style MCQs.
Conduct two three-hour lab sessions per week, ensuring every student logs accurate observations in the new digital lab notebooks.
Design low-cost but visually striking models—molecular orbital diagrams on thermocol, pH strips as wall art—to reinforce periodic trends.
Grade term papers within 48 hours and upload feedback on the school ERP so parents can track progress the same evening.
Mentor five students each as academic guides, meeting them during free periods in the resource corner.
Organize a once-a-term inter-house chemistry quiz where teams build apparatus from scrap and explain the chemistry behind street food.
Collaborate with the biology and physics teams to co-teach interdisciplinary topics such as biochemistry and semiconductor devices.
Attend Saturday curriculum review meetings where we dissect last year’s NEET paper trends and tweak question banks accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
A master’s degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with Chemistry as a main subject.
