About Indra International School | Gonda

Working at Indra International School feels like being part of a close‑knit community where every day brings a new chance to make a difference. The campus sits on Afeem Kothi, just a short walk from Tripathi Marriage Hall in Gonda, and the moment you step into the air‑conditioned classrooms you sense a blend of modernity and warmth. Smart boards line the walls, the science labs are stocked with the latest equipment, and the corridors echo with the chatter of students from Playgroup through Class 12. The administration’s open‑door policy means you can discuss ideas with the principal as easily as you can with a colleague over a cup of tea.

Our students are curious, energetic and eager to engage with English‑medium instruction. Many come from families that value education but also need a school that is accessible, so the classrooms are a mix of bright achievers and those who need a little extra encouragement. As a teacher you’ll find yourself balancing rigorous CBSE curriculum demands with hands‑on projects, debates, and occasional outdoor activities. The schedule usually starts with a well‑planned lesson, followed by time for lab work or a sports break, and often ends with a brief faculty huddle to reflect on the day’s progress.

Beyond the core subjects, the school places a strong emphasis on co‑curricular pursuits. Annual cultural functions and inter‑house sports tournaments are woven into the calendar, giving teachers the opportunity to mentor students in drama, music, or athletics. You’ll be encouraged to design creative assignments that link textbook concepts to real‑world scenarios, and there is genuine support for professional development—workshops on digital tools and occasional visits to educational conferences are part of the routine. The atmosphere is collaborative rather than competitive; teachers share resources, swap lesson ideas, and celebrate each other’s successes.

In short, a day at Indra International School is a blend of structured teaching, spontaneous learning moments, and a supportive network that values both student growth and teacher wellbeing. If you are comfortable teaching in English, have a few years of experience, and want to be part
