Sunbeam School in Gonda is looking for an experienced PGT Computer Science Teacher to join their team. This role involves shaping young minds with hands-on computer science education, blending theory with practical projects. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore coding, algorithms, and digital innovation while aligning with Sunbeam School’s focus on holistic learning.
The role requires designing and delivering engaging Computer Science lessons across grades, ensuring curriculum adherence while adapting teaching methods for diverse learning levels. You will mentor students through coding projects, lab sessions, and competitive programming events, fostering problem-solving skills. Collaboration with the faculty and administration will help integrate technology seamlessly into daily school activities, including workshops and extracurricular tech clubs. Maintaining updated teaching resources and assessing student progress through practical assessments will be part of your daily responsibilities.
To qualify, a candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. At least two years of teaching experience in Computer Science or a relevant subject is essential. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a teaching certificate from these boards will be highly beneficial. A passion for modern educational techniques and a commitment to nurturing future tech professionals are key.
