Role
Sunbeam School is looking for a dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh to deliver curriculum aligned with state standards. The position involves full‑time teaching of Social Science for classes VI to X and preparing students for board examinations.
Responsibilities
Conduct interactive lessons in History, Geography, Civics and Economics, using textbooks and local resources. Design and evaluate assignments, projects and periodic tests to gauge student progress. Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings and co‑curricular activities that promote social awareness. Maintain class records, attendance and timely submission of reports as per school policy.
Qualification
Candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Preference will be given to those who have cleared TET or CTET. A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is required to meet the post‑graduate qualification guideline.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting is essential. Experience in preparing students for state board Social Science examinations will be advantageous.
Compensation
Salary offered is Rs.18,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
