Job Overview
Gorakhpur Public School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT English Teacher to join our faculty in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from classes 9 to 12.

What You Will Do
- Teach English language and literature to classes 9 to 12
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans to meet the curriculum requirements
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and implement engaging teaching methods
- Evaluate student learning and adjust teaching strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching and learning
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school development
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Supervise students during extracurricular activities

Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Post-Graduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Sc.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English
- TET or CTET certification (preferably)

Good to Have
- Experience in teaching English at the senior secondary level
- Knowledge of computer-aided learning and technology integration
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.55,000 per month. The school also offers a range of benefits, including medical insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional growth.
