As a PRT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from classes 6 to 10. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
- Coaching students for board exams, including preparing them for reading, writing, and comprehension exercises
- Conducting regular assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
- Maintaining a well-organized and safe classroom environment
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians on student progress
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the decision-making process
- Engaging in professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies
- Mentoring junior teachers and supporting their professional growth.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related subject
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting
- TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of the Hindi language and its grammar, vocabulary, and syntax
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
