- Design and deliver inclusive Science lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to ensure that all learners access and engage with the curriculum
- Create a supportive and interactive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
- Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students with different learning styles and abilities
- Provide one-on-one support and small group instruction to students who need extra help
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all students
- Assess and evaluate student learning to inform your teaching practice and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate best practices into your teaching
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social-emotional learning
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Science Education or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required
- TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory

- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities
- Strong knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and its application in Science education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leaders
