Student development – Encouraging participation in sports to build confidence, discipline, and team spirit. Working closely with students to identify strengths and areas for improvement through personalized feedback.
Facility management – Maintaining school sports equipment, ensuring playgrounds and facilities are well-maintained, and organizing seasonal sports festivals. This involves minor repairs, inventory checks, and coordinating with maintenance staff when needed.
Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in Physical Education. A passion for sports and a commitment to student growth are essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
