This is a senior position for a Trained Graduate Teacher in Social Science at Crestfield International School. Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide targeted feedback to learners. Track performance trends in board examination classes and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with subject coordinators to refine assessment patterns.
Guide junior Social Science teachers through classroom observations and feedback sessions. Organize departmental meetings to share best practices and new teaching resources. Prepare students for inter-school quiz competitions and social science fairs regularly.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Social Science with minimum 5 years of teaching experience at secondary level. B.Ed degree from a recognized institution is mandatory. CTET or TET certification will be preferred during selection.
Familiarity with CBSE Social Science syllabus and examination patterns is essential. Experience in using digital tools for lesson delivery and assessment will be an advantage. Knowledge of local student context in Gorakhpur will support effective teaching.
