Your Students (diverse learning levels, inclusive classroom in Hapur)
You will be teaching a diverse group of students, ranging from beginners to advanced learners, in an inclusive classroom setting at Vikas Global School in Hapur. Your students will be from various socio-economic backgrounds, and you will be expected to cater to their unique needs and abilities.

Day-to-Day Duties (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)
- Plan and deliver music lessons to students in classes 1-5, incorporating various teaching methodologies and materials.
- Use differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs of your students.
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra help, and challenge advanced learners with more complex tasks.
- Prepare and administer music-related assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity and self-expression.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement music-related events and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Music Teacher who can join our team at Vikas Global School in Hapur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Preferred Skills (inclusive pedagogy, patience, communication)
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related field (B.A. Music, B.Music, etc.)
- Valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Experience in teaching music to students in classes 1-5
- Strong knowledge of music theory and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary and Benefits (salary Rs.12,000 - Rs.30,000 per month)
