Support the admission team during peak seasons by calling prospective parents, sharing school highlights, and scheduling campus visits. Verify admission inquiries through structured call scripts while maintaining a polite and professional tone. Oversee the work of junior telecallers, providing daily briefings and performance feedback.
What You Require
Minimum 5 years in school administration or a related field, preferably handling parent communication and data management. Postgraduate degree in any discipline; MBA or M.A./M.Sc graduates will receive preference during shortlisting.
Strong command over Hindi and English is essential, with the ability to converse clearly with parents from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience with school ERP systems or call center software is highly desirable for seamless integration into Vikas Global School’s workflow.
