Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons using textbooks, audio-visual aids, and interactive methods.
Create monthly unit plans aligned with the UP board curriculum and assessment needs.
Conduct remedial sessions for students weak in grammar or comprehension.
Organize Hindi Diwas events, debates, and recitation competitions.
Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records in the school ERP.
Prepare students for Hindi Olympiad and other inter-school competitions.
Collaborate with subject heads to share best practices and resources.
Attend monthly staff meetings and professional development workshops.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Hindi from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET certification.
Fluency in spoken and written Hindi is essential.
Minimum 3 years of Hindi teaching experience in a school setting.
