* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver effective lessons, promoting active learning and critical thinking
* Take ownership of curriculum development, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
Core Responsibilities
* Teach Accountancy to students of classes XI and XII, utilizing a range of teaching methods to engage and motivate learners
* Prepare and administer assessments, including unit tests, half-yearly exams, and annual exams
* Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments
* Participate in staff development programs, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills
* Supervise students during co-curricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures
* Engage in regular communication with parents, keeping them informed of student progress and achievements
* Participate in extracurricular activities, such as debates, quizzes, and competitions, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement
What You Bring to the Table
* Post-graduate degree in Accountancy or a related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a strong preference for TET/CTET qualified candidates
* Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Accountancy to students of classes XI and XII
* Proven track record of academic excellence and high student achievement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
