* Using inclusive language and materials to engage all students
* Encouraging peer-to-peer learning and collaboration
* Providing extra support to students with special needs
As a PGT Hindi Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Teaching Hindi to students from grade 6 to 12
* Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Participating in staff meetings and professional development programs
* Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum
* Maintaining a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment
* Communicating effectively with parents and students
* Attending school events and activities
* Participating in extracurricular activities and clubs related to Hindi
We are looking for a qualified and passionate PGT Hindi Teacher who shares our commitment to inclusivity and equity. If you have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a strong understanding of Hindi language and literature, we encourage you to apply. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
Skills for inclusive education include:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
* Knowledge of child-centered and student-centered approaches
* Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
Salary and benefits:
* Rs.30,000 - Rs.50,000 per month
