Required Qualifications

* Post-graduate degree in English Literature or Education
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required
* TET or CTET certification preferred but not mandatory
* 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
