Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced College Computer Science Teacher to join our Computer Science department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students at the college level. This is a full-time position that requires a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Computer Science to students at the college level, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning
- Stay current with developments in Computer Science and integrate new technologies and methods into the curriculum
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, a valid B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. certification, and at least 3 years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
Perks and Pay
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
