What You Will Do
As a senior Mathematics teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing Mathematics curriculum for students from classes 6 to 12
- Mentoring junior Mathematics teachers to improve their teaching skills
- Conducting Mathematics workshops and training sessions for teachers
- Conducting Mathematics Olympiad and other competitions for students
- Preparing Mathematics students for board exams and improving board results
- Maintaining Mathematics department records and reports
- Collaborating with the Vice Principal to develop school policies and programs
- Representing Gardenia Public School in Mathematics-related conferences and events
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Sc, B.A)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Mathematics or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics in a school setting
- NET or SET in Mathematics (optional but preferred)
- TET or CTET certification (not required but preferred)
